Home for a month

It had been a nice month, staying in the country. During the previous trips out, I had thought that there were plenty of stuff that I should do when I returned. Stuff like catching up with old friends, doing more sports/exercises, going to explore other places in Singapore, explore other eating places ... How much I did was another matter altogether... The sloth that set in was incredible.

Did meet up with a few old friends, and it was good. And I am opening up slowly to people around me. Perhaps it is about time, about time especially when I am about to reach the big 3-0...

Gonna leave for a China trip again. Was going to call it a "China-Korea storm" but the legs of the trip are not confirmed as yet. Sigh... that is my life. Hope to be back before the National Day holidays though.

Dalian once again

Back to Dalian yesterday, ready to do work today... but there was a delay (not that uncommon a situation)... so I spent most of today wasting my time away.



Walked around aimlessly around lunch time, and came across the Russian street. This Northeastern Port of China, surrounded by Russia, Korea and Japan, showed the influences from the cultures from these countries.

On my previous trip, I had gone looking about town on a car ...

And for this trip, it was nice to stay so very close to the shopping belt. It is also like in Kaohsiung...
