Terminal 3 - to be opened soon

Felt like strolling around the new airport terminal and pulled a good friend along for a "great photo shootout".

The new terminal was apparently not opened in that the shops were not ready as yet. Some of the shops (read: Fairprice) were already furnished, while others laid bare. Eateries were mostly furnished, though only Ya Kun was operating on this first day of the year.

a new year and its new resolutions

Never liked to make new year's resolution... guess was never certain that I wanted the pressure of having to do something over and above the other things in life. Laziness?

Well, the X'mas gift from my sis is this Polar F11 watch. Apparently, there are a lot of functions, but like my dSLR and handphones... I have not explored them fully.

There's also the Polar Personal Trainer website and programmes... Once I have these figured out (which may take the entire 2008), I shall share the findings.

Actually, there are lots to look forward to in 2008. Going to start introductory golf lessons, volunteering work (hopefully can sustain this for over a few months, unlike my previous attempts) ... If time and energy permits, tennis and dragonboating should be on the agenda as well. And this year does provide an extraordinary opportunity at work, where I have a chance to shine and then plan an exit strategy - to be fair to the organization. Time to perk up and 加油!
